Answers:
what I would do is go to bed when you usually do for your summer schedule and set your alarm for your school schedule!. It only takes THREE days to make or break a habit, (not 30) and if you get up at 7 am you will be ready to go to bed a little earlier and that will continue until you are on your school schedule!. hope it works!. Try to do early for the full week if you can, your body will thank you because you won't get that third-day-of-school crash after the excitement wears off!. It takes a few days for your body to adapt to a new sleeping rhythm, so it's better to start too early than too late!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would actually just go to sleep early on Sunday-Thursday, like you would usually do for school!.
Then weekends, Friday/Saturday, stay up late like you would!.

hope this helps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

repetition!. set the alarm for whatever time you need to get up and force yourself to get up!. then sleep that night (try to avoid naps longer than 20min and caffeine) when you're tired!. your body will adjustWww@Answer-Health@Com

number one!. it takes 30 days to make a habit, and if you do it continually then your body will adjust!. it is better for you and will make it easier once school rolls around!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Force yourself to wake up really early everyday, that way, u will automatically be able to wake up early and wont have so much trouble getting out of bed in the morning!.!. works with me! good luck! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to be asleep right now!. Do not even read this!. go directly to bed!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
