Answers:
There's usually a PACS viewer that the radiographer should have installed on the same disc with the images!. This allows people who have a completely different radiology viewing program (eg if your son was transferred to another hospital) or don't have one at all (eg your sons local doctor) to access the images!.

If there is no viewer then you might have to search online for a PACS viewer!. A generic viewer that some Australian hospitals use is found at http://www!.unipacs!.com/en/uniView!.html

Failing that you might have to follow the age old phrase "treat the patient not the xray"!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Can you adjust the lightness of the screen at all!?
Call up the office & ask for assistance!.
Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
