Help going to bed and getting up?!


Question: Help going to bed and getting up!?
Ok, I'm on a very bad schedule were i go to bed around 5 am and i wake up around 3, 2:30!.

I set 3 alarms in the morning and i just wake up turn them off and go back to sleep (I put the alarmss far away so i will have to get up but i still go back to sleep) I just cant get myself to stay up even know i really want to!.

I tryed going to bed early and some one wakingng me up so i would only have a few hours of sleep and want to go to bed but some how i still stay up even if i only have a few hours of sleep!.

How can i get on a normaschedulele (wake up around 10 go to bed around 1)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to keep those clocks far away from the bed, and DO NOT get back in bed!. Jump in the shower, eat a pop tart, or do anything else you like to do! If it's cold, keep a robe handy!.
NO NAPPING during the day!. The bed is only for sleeping!. (and sex if you're old enough!.) No reading, watching TV, or using the PC in bed!.
You have to get on what's called a circadian rhythm!. (Research it if you like!.) Start tonight!. Set those alarms of 10am!. Sure, you'll be tired for a few days, but it works!. Follow my rules, and STAY out of bed at 10am no matter what time you fell asleep!. At 1 am, go to bed!. Stay on that schedule, and in a week your brain will learn that circadian schedule!.

im in the same situation, except my mom keeps waking me up at like 10 now and i go to bed around 3 or 4, so basically i'm miserable all day long, but at night i still can't sleep until 3 or 4!. i have no clue!. good luck to both of us, lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a bath a few hours before you go to sleep to help you relaxe and try sleeping an hour earlier than normal!. Also when you get up to turn off your alarm(s) open your blinds so the sun can wake you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have the same problem exept i go to bed at 7am and wake up at 5pm :P it will take time nut if you can get tired befor that time u should be ok ( runing around all day hanging with friends going to a skate park etc!.!.!.!.) good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com

start working out till u sweat the take a hot water bath and lie down and u will fall sleep!. also drink water just before sleeping it will help u sleep deeperWww@Answer-Health@Com
