I'm assuming you mean you got your first period!? If that's so, know that your mom is waiting for this - it may surprise her the moment you tell her, but mom's like this kind of stuff and they get "momish" if you know what I mean!. The easiest way is to come up alongside your mom, and whisper to her "Mom, I got my period - do you have anything, or can you help me!?"
Trust me, every woman, mom was a girl and had to do this with their mom!. We consider it a rite of passage!. Don't be embarassed, but to make it easier, the whispering thing is a good way!.

Um, started puberty or your period!?
If you started puberty, I don't know how you would know that!. It doesn't just happen in one day!. There's no point in telling her, she'll know!. If you started your period, you just tell her!. You shouldn't be embarrassed about it!.
I just walked out of the bathroom and said, "Mom!.!. um, I think I started my period!." She gave me some of her pads, the end!. :)
