Should I go to the doctors or should I just let it go?!


Question: Should I go to the doctors or should I just let it go!?
since sunday, i've had on and off headaches, stomachaches, and dizziness!. i've just been trying to let it go but it feels like it's starting to get worse!. i don't have a fever or anything, and other then those symptoms everything is fine!. i was thinking that it might have been because i don't drink too much water, usually a bottle or less a day!. could that be the reason why i feel like this or is it something else!?

also, i'm 14 and not sexually active, so i'm definately NOT pregnant!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it is the water!.
I had to go to the E!.R because I had HORRIBLE abdominal pain and I was for sure thinking it was appendicitis [the pain wouldnt go away for 2 whooole days! even at night!] so I went to the E!.R and they said nothing was wrong with my apendix and that I should start eating healthy [no candy, no chocolate, no junk, no chips,!.!.u get he picture]
and drinking more water!. And so I have for almost 3 weeks and O!.M!.GG!!! I feel sooo greattt like you will not believe!!!! i had a little bit of acne [like all teens] and now its like magic! my face is ACTUALLY really smooth and I have WAAAAYYYYY more energy and I havnt felt one bit sick or dizzy anymore! TRY IT!! I'll help you canse I know wat its like: start little by little, when I first starting drinking more water than usual I felt nausious because my body wasn't used to it, but then after a while I got over it! So heres what I do:

Drink one cup in the morning when you wake up
[before you eat ANYTHING, this will prepare your stomach to eat and your digestive system will work better]

Drink one cup at 10:am
[depending wen u wake up]

Drink one cup AFTER you eat lunch
[to wash down your food right]

Drink one cup around 3 or 4pm

Drink one cup AFTER Dinner
[same reason as lunch]

Drink one cup like at 8pm

Last Drink one cup before you go to sleep
[this will help you rest better and keep you hydrated during the night]

This is a good schedule to start!.
A doctor said around 4 bottles a day would be a good idea for teens around my age[ and I was 14 then]

So have a bottle with you at all times, so once you drink the bottle, fill it up again and keep drinking!. :)

Tell your doctor anything and everything you are feeling, drink alot more water!.!.!.!.and make sure you are eating as healthy as possible maybe even add some vitamins in your daily routine! I dont like or eat fish so Im taking fish smart pills everyday!.!.!.and fiber pills, and womens one day vitamins!.!.!.and probiotics jarro Dophillis I dont know if i spelled that right!.!.!.and do tell your doc so they can do some tests!.!.!.
or whatever!.!.!.Dont ever ignore anything with your health!!!

Yeah your definitely dehydrated!.

You should be getting atleast half a gallon a day, alot of people get almost a gallon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
