Methods to help me get to sleep?!


Question: Methods to help me get to sleep!?
I'm either never comfortable, really hot, or nauseous!. I play Greensleeves in the background(so my mind doesn't wander, it helps me get to sleep a little faster), and I don't have anything on: it's pitch black, and completely silent!. I've been using these methods for years, but recently I'm just completely restless, and I can't get to sleep!. Please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get plenty of exercise during the day!.

Avoid coffee & caffeine before bed!.

Avoid sugar before bed!.

Avoid loud music or scary films before bed!.

Journal about your feelings before bed and pray to your Higher Power or God to take your problems for you so you can sleep!.

Talk to a friend about your feelings each day so you won't bottled stuff up!.

Eat healthy foods, but avoid huge meals before bed!.

Listen to soft music before bed!.

Read some inspirational literature before bed!.

Get some lavender scented pillows!.

Do some deep breathing!.

Just don't force yourself to sleep instead try to learn something or read something you don't really like!. If it doesn't help, you should go out of your house, try to relax, forget all of your problems including your sleep problem then walking step by step in the yard following with 5 steps to inhale your breath and 10 steps to exhale (slowly!)!. Do it until you feel that you have to take a rest!.

Additionally i will give you a chinese herb recipe to relax your brain stress!. 10 pieces of red jujube with seed, 8 pieces of 3hrs water-submerged lotus seed (bcs lotus seed is so hard to eat) - without its greeny core!, 8 pieces of dried longan, and 3 grams of black ganoderma lucidum mushroom (lingzhi)!. Slow cooking in clay pot all the ingrediens with 4 glass of water until it reached half (about 3hrs) then eat&drink all the jujube flesh, lotus seed, longan, and water at 8pm - 2hrs after dinner!.

Also put 3 pieces of fresh green apples in your bedroom next to your bed!.

i listen to music in differant languages that i dont know (the doctor told me this) that way you wont be able to make pictures in your head

Try warm milk!. Or,
Melatonin is a vitamin that people swear knocks them right out!. Or,
See a doctor for Ambien CR, Lunesta, or Rozerem!. They're 3 new medications that put you to sleep but are not habit forming!.

I have the same problem and im deff not getting pills eather!.

its a drug that helps ppl go to sleep
I'm not sure if they are painkillers
or something close to it

ask a dr to perscribe u flexeral!.!. its a muscle relaxent and helps alot!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
