Question: What makes you constipated!?
I'm 17, 110lbs, 5'7" and I've been on a diet because school is going to start!. I've only been eating vegetables and fruit, and only drinking water!. I haven't gone to the bathroom (you know which #) in 4 days and I was wondering if it could be because of my diet!.!.!. Please give me serious answers!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not enough fiber in a diet can cause constipation!.

The first thing I'd like to say is why are you dieting!? At 5'7" and 110 lbs, I'd say you were underweight!. Second, the type of diet you're on is not healthy for the long term; your body requires protein to maintain muscles!. Without protein, you'll only lose muscle, not fat!. Third, I do feel that your constipation is due to your diet!.
The best and most immediate solution for constipation is to purchase glycerin suppositories (and yes, you do put them in the orifice for discharging #2)!. After about 5 minutes, you will have to go to the bathroom!. Urination and excrement is the body's way of eliminating waste; not being able to eliminate waste can result in the build up of toxins in the body!.!.!.very dangerous health-wise!.
Be aware that going on this type of diet can be dangerous, because you are denying your body the "fuel" to run effectively!. It is better to eat a healthy, balanced diet, reduce fatty foods and sugars, keep drinking water, and find physical activities you enjoy!.
