Question: I'm medically impaired right now!?

ummm ok!.!.!.my knee has been making these little spasms all day!.!.and i don't know why!?anyone know!?

You could try a knee wrap or brace for a few days with ice packs and some ibuprofen if it doesn't improve go see your Dr!. Make sure you are wearing good supportive shoes if you have to be up and about !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem, it got so bad I couldnt walk, but in a couple of days mine went away!. I dont know why I had gotten them, but I did!. They usually clear up on their own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
