Question: I would like your opinion (my health)
ok so the year i have been having horrible abdominal pain!. i have been sent for every test you can think of, since then i have had my gallbladder and appendix out and also, an upper GI showed mild spasms in my duodenum, and recently i went to the doctor b/c of possible kidney stones, which the test came back negative!. when my doctor was speaking with me about the results he said that if i get any more abdominal pain that he was going to refer me to a gastroenterologist!. now its pretty much inevitable that i will have the abdominal pain again, i told the doctor today that i didnt have any pain, which was true but now i am starting to feel the pain again its mild but i know how bad it can get!. should i just call my doctor and ask for the referral this week or should i just wait it out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Call him!. He said if you get any more pain to call for a referral!. Sometimes it takes a little while to get an appointment with a specialist so don't wait any longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can be lots of things!. Have they checked for endometriosis!? Ask your OBGYN about that one!.

You should have been seen by a gastroenterologist already!. Get the re-feral and go!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should definitely see your doctor and get the referral immediately!. It's not worth it to put your health at risk just because it's inconvenient or you aren't sure whether it's serious or not!. If you doubt something, it's definitely time to see a doctor!.
You can also look up symptoms using WebMD, a great website for health information, but no substitute for a real doctor or gastroenterologist!. It may be tempting in your case to just wait it out, since you've (presumably) seen so many doctors, but please don't wait and gamble with you health!.

Really what I wrote down is my opinion!. I am not a doctor, so seek a doctor!. If you don't get the answers you seek, go somewhere better!. One week ago I had this extreme pain in my abdominal area!. It was a sharp staving pain, which lasted for about 20 minutes then eventually went away!. I never went to the doctors!. Don't be like me go to somewhere better if you don't get what you seek!. If your not on the floor in pain or if your not laying deathly i LL in your bed then it might be something nonfatal, but I really don't know!.
