well this issue is disturbing for most people i know this , so in your case i would recommend taking the hard way because u wont regret it later on in your life but it will be casual chat in your social life but as for surgery it could scare more than your skin and you might feel bad about it later on !.!. !.so i would advise hitting the gym and seeing that trainer untill he burns that last gram with you !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
