Question: What gets you not to sleep
Since its summer break for me, and school is coming up!. I was going to get my sleeping pattern back on track since I've messed up my days and night!. I dont want to go to sleep tonite until tomorrow night so what are ways that you stay awake!? Watching tv and stuff gets me sleepy and I cant drive and stuff so what is there to do to not make you sleepy!? plz help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

take it from someone who is in your situation right now!. i'm planning on getting back on schedule and i've stayed up all night!. its about 5:30 am now and i'm still awake!. I've tried this many times but none of them worked hopefully this one will work ! =]!. Okay so I just stay online and talk to anyone that is on then I watch some youtube videos and some good movies, keep my lights on drink a lot of soda, shop online, splash cold water on my face every hour or so!. in the morning, drink coffee, clean your room or the house, answer questions on yahoo ;]!. do your myspace profile if you have one, and go out for a walk or something :]!. hopefully this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's not really the best plan, how about going to sleep and waking up early tomorrow!? You'll be tired all day but will be anyway if you try and stay up until tomorrow night, which would probably render you very cranky and possibly unpleasant, which will probably stress out your family and friends!. Getting on a regular sleep schedule starts with waking up on time and forgoing naps, you'll be tired earlier and go to bed earlier, which will help you wake up earlier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try going to bed 2-3 hours later than you did the night/day before!.Eventually you'll get yourself back to the time you want to go to sleep at night,though it might take a week or two depending on how messed up your sleep pattern is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stay on the computer ALL NIGHT LONG! Trust me, whenever I'm on the computer, I don't get tired at all!. Also, keep your lights on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get up really early in themoprning and by the time night comes, you'll be so tired you'll want to wanna sleep early!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Watch endless youtube videos, write stories,poems,songs,play games,listen to music,watch tv or watch a movie or yeaaaa!.!.!.!.
Eat candy!.!.!.!.Drink something with caffine!.!.!.Coffee!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think that's the best way to do it!. Gradually work your way back, going to bed 30-60 minutes earlier every night!. Painless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Y!A or tv or youtube and i eat chocolate or dance to the radio like if i was a professional Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink a lot of soda! Preferably pepsi or dr!. pepper!. DON"T EAT alot! That will make you full & tired!.
