How do you wash your back?!
Question: How do you wash your back!?
you know when you are in the shower and you can't reach every part of your back, how do you clean it well with bodywash!? this is assuming that you shower alone!. I can't figure out, I think i must either have a really dirty back, or maybe the water running on it is enough to keep it cleanWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well the water running down the middle of your back is not cleaning very much really!. Go to a store and get a back scrubber!. That's what I use and it's pretty sweet!. Lather up the bristles and go to work!. I got mine at Wal-Mart, but even dollar stores have them too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
This is what I use - http://www!.cosmeticsolutions!.biz/servlet!.!.!. - it stretches out and does a great job exfoliating my skin!. Every now and again I just throw it in the washing machine to clean it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I cant reach anything but my middle lats!.
Shoulders and back muscles get in the way, limit flexibility!.
I use a wash cloth and hold both ends like a rope behind my neck and behind my back!.

You can buy a back washer that has a loufa/wash cloth of some sort on a long stick that will help you to reach your back!.

Well, I can touch every part of my back, but those that can't get a back washer!. It's just a poof on a stick, you could probably rig something up with what you already have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
they make sponges and shower stuff that has long handles to clean your back!.!.!. you can get them at most stores and they are fairly cheap

I wash the parts I can reach, and I assume the soap running down will clean what I can't reach!. I doubt your back is really that dirty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'd like to second Elizabeth!. I went to an Asian grocery store where they had the product she recommends but I ended up buying one almost like it but with handles so I could pull it from either end as I scrub my back!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
