Question: How do I increase strength!.!.!?
How do I increase strength in my arms and legs with weights or anything!? I wanna join the cheerleading team but I can hold myself up good and I need more strength in my arms and plus in my legs!.
Is there anyway without having weigts or resistance or anything!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
