Giving Blood...and the bruising afterwards?!

Question: Giving Blood!.!.!.and the bruising afterwards!?

I am giving blood at Nepean Hospital with a group from school!. I have had a blood test before, however they only took 2 different tubes of blood!. I had quite bad brusing after that, but im not sure if the amount of bruising depends on how much they take or how long it takes!.
When you give blood i think they take a litre!?
My question is!.!.!.My year 12 formal is 9 days after and i am wondering if the bruising will be gone by then!. I am aware that i can cover it with makeup however i just thought i would ask!.!.!.

bruising should subside in 9 days!. Sometimes the people taking it stuff it up or do it too roughly and u get left with bigger brusing than normal!. I do medical testing like as a lab rat and all my worst bruises usually got away within a bit over a week!.
They only take 500ml usually when you donate but judging by the way you explained it with the vials it sounds like they took a lot less!.
anyway it should go away don't stress!.

I've donated blood many times, it is rare that I get a bruising, and the only times that I have is because either I didn't hold the cotton on long enough to stop the bleeding after they took the needle out, or because I was too active after giving blood and used my arm to lift something!.

If the person doing the blood work or blood donations knows what they are doing you shouldn't bruise at all!.The only time you do is when they aren't very good at doing their job!. and if it does bruise everyone heals at a different speed but on average about 4 days or so if it is bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i get blood taken for my condition only a few tubes at a time and one time i had a bruise that looked like a horse kicked me and the other time no bruise!. It depends on the doctor if theyre good at taking blood!. I personally wouldnt give blood 9 days before my formal!.!.!. but good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your blood was taken by an unexperienced person!.!.!.been there!.!.!.!.they f**** my arm up so bad they had to give me a special card that says I gave blood and wasn't an addict!.!.!.!.!.Will heal in a week!.!.!.!.take Vitamin C!.!.helps!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
