Do i have Insomnia ?!


Question: Do i have Insomnia !?
I find it really had to fall asleep at night time, I go to bed at 10:00 but
don't fall asleep until about 1:00 - 3:00 in the morning, and when i wake up for school at 7:00 i find it really had to stay awake in class!.

I have tried going to bed earlier, Having a bath before bed, Listening to music and reading but nothing works!. I cant drink milk before i go to bed because i dont like milk!.

Can anybody think of ways i can fall asleep easier or whatever !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I felt the same way!. Please take this into consideration!. It worked for me, although I am not you!.

I had overwhelming anxiety and insomnia!. It turned out to be my use of Splenda!. Yup Splenda!. How could something that taste so good, be so bad!?

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is!. And it is in a lot of stuff!. The package doesn't have to say Splenda to have sucralose in it!. You have to read labels!. So, you might still be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison!. It ruined five years of my life!. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia and more!.

Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose

The slogan, "Made from sugar!.!.!." is very misleading!. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar!. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon)!. Organochlorides are typically poisons!.

Make sure there's nothing electronic in your room at all
I know I stopped sleeping once the computer got put into my room :P
Make your bedroom something you only associate with sleeping,
eg don't do homework or someting stressful on your bedWww@Answer-Health@Com

ummm well i would make sure not to tae any naps
MAke sure ur not eating LAte like after 9;00pm
Try taking a nice hot bath befor bed
read a book listen to calm music before bed
