Dream turned panic?!
Question: Dream turned panic!?
I had this dream that I was messing up everything that I was doing!. In my dream I pulled over on the side of the freeway to stop my pants from catching on fire (long story), and a cop pulled up behind me!. When they honked their horn I woke up!. But when I woke up, my heart was beating so hard that I could hear it!. It was kind of slow and sounded similar to a baby's heartbeat on an ultrasound!. My chest was hurting, and my arm was in pain!. However, I was sleeping on the arm that was in pain!.
Anyone have ANY clue what this was!? I'm a 26 year old female!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

if it happens often and you keep waking up in a panic and you scream or start sweating, and you feel like you do in the dream, it's called night terrors, it's a little different from nightmares, it happens to babies a lot but it can happen to adults and in the case of adults it's more serious, but it could just be nothing, talk to a doctor maybeWww@Answer-Health@Com
Wow!.!.!.intense dream o!.o I've had dreams that have made me wake up in a bit of a panic (Involved cannibalistic-zombie-grannies, a temple, kids playing frisbee, a guy dressed in gold and a crazy ax murderer who had a giant mallet!.!.!.you just can't make that stuff up), but if it was something that worried you, go check it out!
