Question: Im 19 years old and i still have difficulty sleeping by myself is this normal!?
Im 19 years old and I still dont like sleeping alone !. Ive shared a room with my sister most of my life, and now i have my own room and i find it hard to sleep !. I usually end up making "a body" with my pillows to lye beside me which i like to hide behind and i find myself opening my cellphone constantly to shine around my room to make sure theres no killers/ghosts!. I deal with it, but its usually an hour-2 hours before i fall asleep!. Any tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Over the counter sleep med!. 20min before you go to bed!. Youll be out cold!. Just close your eyes and dont think about the scary things, or watch some tv and fall asleep with the TV on!. Dont get addicted to the meds though and start out using only half dose!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
