Question: Migraine suffer wanted for medicine!?
Has anyone taken a drug called gabapentin for the generic name or neurontin as it's regular name!.Did you have any side effects and was it helpful to you!. Have you ever taken any other anti seizure meds that worked!. This is my 4 one and have had bad results from all the others afraid to try this one!. Please help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

gabapentin depending on the dosage has relatively low amounts of side effects when compared to other anti-siezure medications, but it is a poor choice for migraine prevention!. It is usually used for neuropathy, and other "burning, pins and needles" like pain!. Not usually used as a migraine prevention, except as a last resort!. I'm sure you have already tried topamax, which works well, but has a lot of side effects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
there is no side effect!.!. however long term taking of the medicine sooner or later will cause she side effect!.!.!.suggest u see a doctor to find out the results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
