It seems due to moisture, the clothing particles tend to gather in a very fine layer all over!. When you shower, you clean your body, but not the belly button!. Therefore, it continues to grow in there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In the case of my husband ut is becasue of the hair around it!. If it shaves the hair right nxt to his belly button he colects no fluffWww@Answer-Health@Com
