Tomorrow Im going to get shots, and i have a HUGE fear of needles!.!. like the biggest fear ever!. Does anyone have any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the biggest tip I can give is to relax!. if you are tense when you get the shot, then it is going to hurt!. i've found that the looser i am, the quicker i get over any pain there might have beenWww@Answer-Health@Com
