Read one of your favourite books that you've read many times before so you won't get too into it!. Reading always makes your eyes tired, although it does stimulate your brain sometimes!.!.!.

What I do when I can't sleep is bring out a big atlas and look at all the places I would like to go when I start travelling!. That always makes me tired when I start fantasising about all the really cool places I'll be someday going to!.

If that doesn't work, I have this hour glass thing, like an hour-glass timer, except it has a liquid in it instead of sand!. I just lie in my bed and wtahc the liquid slowly drip down and it sends me off to sleep :)
No idea why!.
You just need to relax and think about a lot, something you like to think of, or imagine, like wht would the most romantic date be, or if you could own your own mythical creature, what would that be!?
Maybe this just works for me :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may have taken a medicine that helps with coughing or mucus build up that speeds up the body a little bit and that's why you can't sleep!. Not to mention the sickness itself must keep you from getting comfortable!. I'd reccomend you eat some turkey, and drink some milk!. They are both natural sedatives!. I personally think turkey is better!. I always get tired after turkey, but not always after milk!.

If it wasn't for the fact that I don't know what drugs you've taken or thier possible reaction with benadryl, I'd Also say a benedryl (Diphenhydramine) would help and might help if any of the symptoms are due to seasonal allergies!. However, like I said you may have taken something with Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) in it already or something that may have an undesired reaction to benadryl (Diphenhydramine) so I don't reccomend it unless you know that what your taking won't be affected by benadryl (diphenhydramine)!. In order to know that you could probably look it up online!. But if you've already taken a medication with diphenhydramine (benadryl) I also wouldn't reccomend it because then the combined doses may equal more then your supposed to have in a DOSE!. That would be bad!.

Well good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have this problem a lot, a few options:
1!. Drink warm milk
2!. Sit in the living room with all the lights off, sit for a few minutes and your head will begin to fall lol!.
3!. Take a shower, then fall on your bed and passout!.
4!. Masterbate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
