its not pleasant, and your enema packaging should have instructions, hmmm ok, the best way to get it done and over with, is get down on floor, (by the toilet of course), on your hands and knees, draw your knees up towards your chest, and gently insert!.!.!.!.gently squeeze bottle of solution, holding it in, then in a couple minutes, you'll empty your bowels!. the dr!. probably prescribed you to drink a pre bottled drink to consume as well, let me tell you, that citrus-like drink will empty out anything that remains in your bowels!.!.!.you will be in the bathroom ALOT, so don't plan on going too far away from your bathroom!. good luck, try to relax, do what you have to!. god bless you in your surgery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can buy a cheap dispsable enema kit at any pharmacy!. It will have clear directions in it!.
