Question: Doctors or nurses help me im sick
i get dizzy everytime i move and my head hurts and i have a sore throught but i dont feel like im gonna through up and i dont have a stuffed up nose and i have to go to a sports physical tonight and how am i supposed to do that if im dizzy and i feel like crying please help Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you have picked up a virus, there are no cures for virus's just drink plenty of water, get rest and it will pass!. If symptoms persist for longer than 7-10 days, see your GP!.
You mentioned about moving your head!? Are you able to rest your chin on your chest without discomfort!? If this is not an issue i'm sure it's just a headache that's which is all part and parcel of a virus!. Take paracetamol

Well, I am not a doctor or a nurse, but my mother had these symptoms a couple years back!. The sickness is called vertigo!. I recommend you go the hospital immediately!. And don't worry about a physical if you feel like crap!. I'm sure they will understand!.
