I need help falling asleep?!


Question: I need help falling asleep!?
I didn't sleep at all last night!.!.!. it usually takes me an hour to go to bed, but last night I hit rock bottom with my insomnia!.

Is there anything out there that'll help cure my insomnia!? (aside from sleeping pills, which I've tried before, but they're habit-forming)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a technique that most people find sort of "weird", but its logic!.!.!.

Think of the letters MT!. MT is a representation of Mountain!. Mountains are empty!. It just so happens that MT is in eMpTy!. Empty your mind by repeating MT in your mind!. It helps me a lot!.

smoking weed is not a good ideal- cause you will probably enjoy the high/buzz, an not want to waste it by sleeping!. although some people can sleep regardless, something to think about!.
invest in some head phones try this program for free a week
dont eat/read in bed just sleep/matting!.
dont exersise or eat spicy foods 4-6 hours before bed!.
dim the lights 30 mins before bed, try a epson salt soak before bed!.
basically estabish a nightly routine, an stick to it!. eventually your internal clock will kick in, so go to sleep at he same time every night!. if at all possiable!. dont smoke!. smoking is a REM blocker!. so is alchol/drinking!. dont play video games within a hour of bed, an avoid exercise or exerting yourself two hours before!. hmm how to put this !.!.!. a orgasm before sleep helps as well

Try listening to calm music!. Violins ALWAYS make me fall asleep!. Also, try not to think about anything at all!. Usually what keeps me awake is thoughts of today or tomorrow!. Just relax!.
Warm milk works for some people, but for me, it makes me have to pee!. haha!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
