Not a very technical term, but it sounds as if you have a nervous stomach!. A great deal of it is most probably psychological in etiology; however, having to rush to get ready in the morning triggers this feeling in many people!. I would suggest allowing yourself more time in the morning (set your alarm earlier)!. Give yourself adequate time to awake (let that cerebellum wake up before you jump out of bed)!. Slow and steady (without pressure) often gives you enough time to do everything you need to do in the morning without the added pressure of a time component!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you need to see your doctor!. How long has this been going on!? If its just a few days, it maybe a slight stomach virus or something, but if this is an extended daily thing, seek medical attention!. You may want to try keeping a glass of water and a few crackers next to your bed and before you even get up sipping and nibbling a few crackers!. My son has excess acid in his gastric system and often feels nauseated in the morning!. HE has been doing this and it has helped him immenselyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have had similar symptoms that I believe were stress-related!. Also, at the time I was receiving irregular and insufficient sleep!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you eat right before you go to bed!? It may be indigestion!. Try cutting off any food 2-3 hours before you go to sleep!. You may wake up hungry, but not nauseous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

um!.!.!.pregnant much!? or are you a dude!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
