Is it normal to sleep for short hours?!


Question: Is it normal to sleep for short hours!?
yesterday i slept for 2 and half hours that's it, now it's really late and i don't feel like sleeping, Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone has different sleeping patterns!. Studies were done and many doctors believe that you should sleep 6-8 hours, depending on the person, every night and take small naps when needed!. If you feel better for only sleeping that long, that's ok but it's not something you want to keep up with!. Tired or not, your body needs sleep because it needs energy!. If you think you are having sleeping problems, talk to your doctor about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ya u might have insomnia!. I do too, but its a mild insomnia, which means if i go to bed at 10pm, ill fall asleep at around 1am!. So i end up getting 6 hours of sleep before going to work!. But 2 and a half hours is not very normal!. If this pattern repeats for a few days, see a doctor!. U might have a serious case of insomniaWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's recommended to sleep 8hrs!. but I think as long as you feel rested and healthy than that's fineWww@Answer-Health@Com
