Did your Anthrax vaccine do this?!

I am active duty military stationed in Bahrain!. When I checked into Medical yesterday, I was due for my third Anthrax vaccine (Of six)!. Two people made the comment after I told them it was my third in the series, that it is the worst one, but didn't answer when I asked why!. Well, last night I noticed the swelling spreading to a much larger circle (about three inches wide, normally it's the size of a quarter) and it is itchy and red!. It seems to have worsened as well!. As soon as I recieved the shot I was "working it out" as I was told to help the knot!. I am thinking that by doing that I have spread it out!. Another wierd thing is that I didn't feel the shot at all and normally Anthrax burns like hell!. The hospital corpsman did it at an angle and I was wondering if it is possible that it wasn't injected deep enough and is spreading just beneath the skin!. My arm isn't sore when I lift it or anything like usual after the vaccine!. Any advice!? I am off Friday's and Saturdays so I can't exactly go to medical!. (Well I can if I want to walk 15 minutes to base in 115 degree weather!.) Please let me know if I should seek medical help!. Oh, It is also very hot at the swollen site!.
