Question: My nervous twitches are embarrassing!
I'm a 14 yr old girl and i can get nervous easily!. I recently noticed that sometimes i twitch!. MOst commonly my head kinda twitches to the side and i cant make it stop until i am no longer nervous!. Also sometimes my whole body seems to twitch depending on the situation!.
These twitches i think are obvious to the people around me and are very embarrassing!. What can i do to stop these twitches!? or Not be so nervous!? (particularly around adults)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please get your mom or dad to get you an appointment with your family doctor!. This could be Tourette's Syndrome or some other neurological problem!. You deserve to feel better!.
