Answers:
Theoretically the first one should be effective early!. It contains paracetamol (Tylenol) apart from 5 mg of oxycodone!.
The second one is a slow release formulation, that is supposed to be effective for long time!. It contains only the oxycodone!. But all the 10 mg seem to be released at once, causing some drowsiness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
