How much to eat before taking Ritalin?!

Question: How much to eat before taking Ritalin!?
How much do I have to eat before I take my ritalin every morning!? If I take it on an empty stomach (which I'm not supposed to do) or after eating a piece of fruit, I feel slightly disgusted by food during the entire day!. But I'd actually prefer that because it keeps my bad eating habits under control!. However, my therapist told me that taking it on an empty stomach can cause uclers eventually!. Not fun!. If I take it after eating a bowl of cereal, I feel almost normal about food!. So how much food do I have to eat before taking the ritalin to just prevent stomach uclers, hopefully while still making me lose my normal crazy appetite!? I'm almost 20, so I'm done growing, for all you concerned I might be stunting my growth!. I just need to stop growing sideways :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lol you have a cute way of wording your details!. Thank you for answering mine, you make a lot of sense!. I don't take ritalin, but I have taken medications that you have to eat something before you take them!. Some have made me sick throughout the day as you explain!. What I do is take the pills first and then quickly eat something!. I went to a nutricionist and they said that it's perfectly fine to pig out in the mornings because you go all day and generally the calories and such melt!. Try eating a large bowl of oatmeal every morning but not with a lot of butter and sugar which tends to make you more sick when taking meds!. I think you're doing perfectly fine as you are!. It gives you enough in your stomach!. As long as you have food going down within 5 minutes after swallow the pills, you're not going to get any ulcers!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
