Am i the only one???!

It is probably PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome)!. Normally your hormones fluctuate throughout the month making you more "moody" or "weepy" than other times during the month!. It isn't always PMS though!. If you notice that you are crying more often than that or start changing your behavior (not wanting to go out with friends, wanting to stay curled up in bed for extended amounts of time, or if your eating habits change- you start eating more or less than usual), I would visit a doctor who may prescribe you some short term depression medication or something to help you with your hormone fluctuation!. I get weepy all the time, and sometimes it just helps to have a good cry about "nothing"!. You are very normal, so don't worry that you are the only one!. Does it come on or near your period!? If so, it is your hormones!. I get that way around my period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
