Can you cure bruises!?
I got like 4-6 bruises today!.
1 on my cheek bone!. My sister made me that bruise!.
And like 4-6 on my right arm!. My friend made me that one!.

First off, WHY are you bruising so much!?
Are you on blood thinners, if so, then your blood is way too thin and needs to be checked for pro-time!.
Or, you maybe lacking a vitamin that should prevent you from bruising so badly, (that is of course, that the people who are bruising you aren't walloping you a good one, that will 'leave' a bruise!)!.
If you keep getting a lot of bruising, I would ask your family Doctor to get a blood test and see if there is a deficiency in your blood factor that keeps you bruising all the time!.!.!.!.

when i played football i used to do "hot colds"!.!. ice your bruise, then get into a hot bath, then ice it again later!.!. then get heat back into it before bed!.!.!.works for meWww@Answer-Health@Com
