Weather you do it daily or once after 3 years of abstinence it will stay in your system for up to 30 days and if you have done it even once in the last year it can be found in your hair follicle!. There are too many ways to get a natural High that using illegal drugs should not be one of your choices!.

It all depends on the type of drug test you are worried about!. If your getting a test to work for the government, police, or anything federal, they will do a hair folicle test and that can trace anything in 7 years!.
Most urine test will pick up THC within the past 30 days, and some can even tell if you try to overhydrate yourself to pass it through your system!.
Oral Drug tests are even more simplistic, and wont catch pot more than 5 days afterwards honestly!.
Your best bet is to buy a rinse kit, 64oz of water daily, and staying clean in that meantime!.
