Do u stay up late? Sleep help?!


Question: Do u stay up late!? Sleep help!?
I rarely go to sleep before midnight and there has been times where I'll go a full night without sleep!. It doesen't seem to affect me that much because I'm in really good shape but is still that bad for your health!? Most of the time it's concerts or festables that keep me up but idk some nites I've just got so much on my mind I can't stand it and I'll just get out and take a long drive or i'll build a fire outside!. Have a simalar problem!? Does a person really need the recomended 8-9 hrs of sleep!? Well it's 3:12 AM (eastern time) right now for example!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey i had that same prob!. wat i do know is i just lock myself in my room and i put my phone on silent and i lay down in the darkness and by the time i know it I'm like dead asleep lol try doing that it works for me a lot now the only reason i fall asleep late is cuz i just like to piss my mom off lol Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem and im only 14,but im in really good shape and doesnt seem to affect me that much but if you keep getting no sleep like this your gonna start to be alot more tired than usual
it just started to hit me a couple weeks ago!.!.i was always tired
never really wanted to go anywhere!.!.was more lazy!.!.!.but i the nights i did get sleep i felt great i would just doing a bunch of stuff!.!.
so trust me man,if you sleep more often you'll feel great!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

even i used to go rarely to bed by thinkin of something else!.!.
i couldnt do my work properly bcoz of lack of sleep!.
when i slept for 6 hrs i could do everythin perfectly!.
i think lack of sleep affects no body parts except for mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My husband and I both stay up very late, but he cannot function well unless he gets 8-9 hours of sleep each night!. I on the other-hand do better with no more than 6 so I am always up before him!. I am naturally hyper and it's very hard or me to shut my mind off, so I have found it best not to do work or much of anything that requires too much thought near bedtime (whatever time that may be)!. I think it's very unhealthy to go for any period of time without a night's sleep!. You may feel good but the brain needs rest to function properly!. Try reading in bed and see if you can calm your self down enough to dose off to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
