im on 40 mg of prednisone for poison oak
im on 4 benadryl as well

try eating oatmeal or a high fiber cereal!. it you can get alot of fiber in your system for a couple days it should get you back on track!. also drink a lot of water to aid the fiber!.

I'm a little concerned that you have been given bad advice by Panda!. I mean no offense, just concerned!. I'm not a doctor but I do know that fiber is for firming up loose stool!. This is definately not your prolbem!. You really should call your doctor or pharmacist about all those meds you're mixing up!. If they are not causing any adverse affect other than constipation, he'll probably tell you to use any over the counter laxative!. That'll get the river flowing!.
