If you pull down your lower eye lid, and it is pale ( no redness) that's a symptom!.!.
Having the condition pica- which means having the craving for odd things such as ice with no nutritional value!.!.

Hair falling out

You feel very tired and lazy, I'm anemic myself and before I started taking iron pills, I would go to sleep very early and wake up very late, and I was never in the mood to go out or anything because I was always so tired!. You should get a blood test done if you suspect you are anemic because many times anemia is mistaken for mono and you could be spreading it without knowing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
