When I was younger I used to stare at womens breast jiggling and I thought nothing of it!.
As soon as I hit purberty it got worse!.!.!.!.and anyway isn't it kind of rude!? I went swimming at the pond late in the day by myself and I was wearing some thin pants with no underwear!.
I figured I would be by myself so I just swam for a while and on the way back I passed and elderly couple fishing and the pants stuck to my "you know what" and it was jiggling like crazy and very embarrsing!. I started running back to my house and of course you can guess what was flopping!.!.!.!.!.!. apperntly the neigbors were partying or something but I passed a woman in a Bikini!. I was red from head to foot!.
Is this how women feel!?

Not really!. We have bras to keep our breasts from jiggling!. They make underwear with support for men, too!. I think it's called the Wonder Jock!. An Australian company makes them!.
If I have to leave the house for a minute without a bra, I DO cross my arms over my chest!. I am embarrassed if not wearing a bra or bathing suit!. But, in general, I don't care if men look at my boobs!. If I didn't want them to look, then I could always wear a sports bra (which smashes them down) or bind them!.
Your embarrassment is normal!. My brothers all went through this phase!. Whenever I had friends over to swim, my brothers generally tripped over themselves!. From a girls perspective, as long as you are not rude about it, they like it when you look!. If they are nice girls, they will not make fun of you for a blush, an erection or embarrassing yourself!. Since I am a male I can only speculate how women feel about this situation, but I'd venture a guess that what you experienced is pretty much like what women experience when you stare at their breasts!.

The fact that you even have enough sense to ask if that's how women feel tells me you're a little more clued in than the average guy!.
As you've been told by a woman -- they know!. They just don't want to be stared at and drooled at!. If you make an effort to be respectful and control yourself, you're ok!.
