Are you saying that you weren't sick, and then took 18 aspirin, and you're not sure why you took the aspirin!? Or are you saying that you took 18 aspirin on purpose, thinking it would make you sick, and it didn't!?

You should never take more than the prescribed amount of any drug than what is listed on the container!. If you are a child under the age of 18 you should not be taking aspirin at all as you could get Reyes syndrome if you have flu like symptoms at the same time!.
Aspirin acts like a blood thinner!. It can cause internal bleeding, ulcers and also severe bleeding if you would happen to cut yourself!. You didn't say whether they were baby aspirin or not!. They are about half the strength of a regular aspirin!.
Also do not take Tylenol in amounts greater than what the bottle says!. It can cause severe liver damage and death from toxicity!.
Ibuprofen is also not safe in extreme doses as it can cause ulcers too!.
