ok so hair vitamins just basically put vitamins in hair to keep it healthy
but yes nail vitamins do work im not sure what your talking about but if your talking about nail vitamins get NUTRANAIL 5-7 DAY GROWTH CALCIUM FORMULA it works so great u really do see the results in 1 weel my nails grew about 1/4 an inch the first week it also hardens them

YES! I use them and they work very well! My skin has looked great this summer!. I haven't gotten burnt or anything, but when I do the vitamins always help!. And my hair and nails have been growing superrrr quick!. I would definitely recommend them!Www@Answer-Health@Com
