Bad head ache, sore stomach??!

Ok so these symtoms have been going on since Friday morning!. Basically I get really painful head aches, the worst i've ever experienced!. They especially come when I have been sitting or lieing down for a while and when I get up the pain starts!. I have also gone completly off food and when ever I have anything I feel really sick in the stomach!. I have not had major vomiting but just a little barf once or twice (maybe because theres not much to vomit up!?)!. Also this is more minor but my body temperature is changing quite rapidly!. So I go to bed absolutly freezing and half an hour later I wake up sweating to bits!. If anyone can help in anyway i'd be really greatful!.
