Answers:
DO NOT listen to the peron who said to use ipecac syrup!! it could seriously kill you - that stuff is dangerous!!

here is how you throw up:

find a toilet bowl, paper bag, bucket, trash can or something to throw up in!.

using 2 fingers (index and middle are the easiest) stick your hand in your mouth, bending your fingers into your throat, until your knuckles are in the back on the roof of your mouth!.

move your fingers around!. you will find a bump on the back of your throat and you can try rubbing the backs of your fingers against that, or moving your fingers slightly up or down!.

you will eventually feel a lot of pressure in your head, but KEEP YOUR FINGERS THERE!. then you will feel your stomach contract!. this doesn't necessarily mean food is coming up!. keep your fingers there!.

then food will come up!. still try to keep your fingers there, even while the food comes up!. it makes it slightly easier for the next one!.

when you are done, rinse your mouth with baking soda and water!. then use mouthwash if you want, but don't brush your teeth for a few hours!.

oh, and the hand that you stuck down your throat will probably smell like puke for a while, so you should wash it up to your elbow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I do think that is the best way to do it!. However, I wouldn't recommend doing so unless your body actually does it itself or you actually have something stuck down your throat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to drink a lot of water!. It will automatically come out!. works out somehow
