How do I increase my intake of citric acid?!

Question: How do I increase my intake of citric acid!?
My doctor tells me that I need to increase my intake of citric acid; such as eating or squeezing lemons, limes, grapefruit, etc!. However, eating these fruits tends to give me mouth sores and sour stomach!. It is a great pain to keep these fruits from spoiling!. Would anyone know of a way I could increase my intake without having to buy fresh fruit!? And without the nasty pains!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Lemon Heads and any "sour gummy" candy, as citric acid is what is used to give them the sour taste!.
