Question: How can i overcome my shyness when getting intimate!?
I don't mean for this question and message to seem disgusting and disturbing; I am very sexual active, I enjoy orgasms, and I love to learn something new with my partner!. But when it comes to get getting down I get really shy! And my partner tells me that it shouldn't bother me because he loves me the way I look!.

My advice is, learn to trust your partner!. If he tells you, he loves the way you look, he's turned on by you, wants to make love to you, he probably speaks the truth!. Focus on your feelings, on what you experience in the moment; focus on the way your partner makes you feel!.!.!. Close your eyes and just!.!.!. Feel!.!.!. Ok, this really depends on what country you live in!. If you are in a country like Amsterdam I would say marijuana as it helps you relax and gives your self confidence a boost, however this is not advisable as when you feel you don't need it to help you with your shyness anymore it's so hard to get off it (trust me I know that from experience)!. The only thing I could surgest without being frowned upon by others would be to create the right atmosphere in the room!. Turn off the lights (or if you have a dimmer switch make them dim), light some scented candles or candles and an inscence stick!. Create a really romantic atmosphere in the room!. I'm sorry if this didn't help much but it's all I can think of right now!. But just remember that if he says he loves you the way you look you really have no reason to be shy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Call me crazy but exercise will help!. No lie!. I've with with my boyfriend for 4 years and when we went to college, I gained the dreaded freshmen 15!. I used to really find myself cute and attractive, but after the weight came on I just felt fat and I had several stretch marks that I thought were just disgusting!. I started working out a few months ago, and although I haven't lost but like 4 pounds!.!.!. I feel better about myself!. If its not your physical worries that are making you shy!. Trying talking with your partner!. Tell him what bothers you about you and get him to comfort you!. Almost always, we are bothered about something about our appearance that our parter loves or doesn't even recognize as a problem!.
