Question: Involuntary twitching!?
my left thumb and index finger have been twitching on and off since earlier this evening!. has anybody ever had this happen!? if so, what was causing it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be long term sleep deprivation!. I had the same problem with my eye twitching a few years ago!. I thought maybe I was breaking down under stress!. Maybe going crazy! LOL I went to the Doctor and I was told to get more sleep!. I did and the problem slowly went away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
could just be nerves or stress!. Maybe muscle spasms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
