How do you know your sleepwalking?!
Question: How do you know your sleepwalking!?
My brothers friend slept over, and they slept on a couch in my computer room, i fell alsleep (for sure) in my room, but i reamber me waking up to my brother and his friend playing xbox in the computer room, its so strange, and no one moved me, and i don't think i slept walked cause i didn't feel anything!. i am confused!? If you wake up somewhere other than where you fell asleep, then you will know you are sleepwalking!. Also, tell those who live with you to watch you if they happen to be up at night and always talk to you when you walk in the middle of the night!. They will be able to tell if you're alert or in your sleep!.
Sometimes I wake up standing in the living room and I don't remember actually getting out of the bed and walking in there so that's how I know I sleepwalk!. The reason I do it is because I take sleeping pills due to insomnia!. You can also do it if you are really tired and desperately needed sleep!.
