Its called Parasthesia!. Its where blood flows poorly through your veins!. Its pretty easy to fix, just wiggle it around some, or use the muscles in it, to get the blood flowing!.

This sometimes happens to me at night it sucks!. What I do is slam my hand on the bed because i'm so tired that I think that is the quickest way but you should put your hand erect and it should stop in a few seconds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
