I just got nail polish remover in my eyes...?!
Question: I just got nail polish remover in my eyes!.!.!.!?
I washed them out for like 2 minutes because when I got it in my eyes were closed, but some leaked in my eyes!. Now my eyes burn a little they feel like I've been awake for a long time and want to go to sleep, you know how it feels when that happens!? Anyway, is this OK!? It says 15 min but I think thats very unnecessary!. Or what if I wash them for 5 more minutes!?
Will milk help, it might sound dumb but I know you're supposed to drink it if it gets in your mouth, and someone told me it will also help if you wash out your eyes with it once (wich I don't believe)Www@Answer-Health@Com

your lucky your not blind!.!.i should think your eyelashes saved you to some extent!.!.but you have probably burned the cornea(the clear membrance of the eye)!.!.it would burn a bit, cause redness and tearing!. What a relief! It must have been very frightening!. i find my eye glasses protect me from most of those type accidents!.
i would go to emerg or your eye dr!. NOW!!.!.and maybe phone first to let them know your coming!.!.!.also phone poison control to see if there is anything immediate you should do!.
I think it will heal quickly(in a few days), and not be a problem, since you have rinsed it all out!.!.you may find your given eye drops, either for lubrication or to prevent infectionWww@Answer-Health@Com
