Question: I am physically tired no matter what; is there some way to get energy!?
Basically, over the last week or so I have been physically tired!. I'm getting 8-10 hours of sleep every night, and some days I get exercise others I don't!.

I've also had a headache pretty much every day for the last week!.

Are these symptons of some sort of disorder or disease!?
Are there any foods/vitamins/minerals that could help me have some energy!?

Any other tips or information would be very helpful!. (please do not recommend any energy drinks like Redbull; I want to be healthy)!.

Something I would suggest is getting some ice (sounds weird, but go on haha) and either A) put it in a bucket and dip your feet inside or B) you could always try something else (old time weightlifters put ice on their hands for 1-2 minutes before lifting for for a boost since it stimulates your central nervous system and recruits more muscle fibers)

I'm pretty sure it would help!. A cold shower is good too!. Also, eating lots of fruits is good!. Make a fruit salad and eat it like 2 hours before bed!. Oh, and what the other person said!.!.!.drink water :)

I would go in and get it checked out , the doctor would probably take some blood to see if there's a problem !. Something with your body could be off !. Www@Answer-Health@Com
