Question: What are the symptoms of Anemia!?
i think i may be anaemic, but can you please tell me what the symptoms are!?
My symptoms are that i am always really tired, and lack energy, even when i get 8 hours sleep!

Your symptoms could be caused ny a lot of different things, so it would be best to visit your doctor for a check up!. I had the same symptoms as you and it turned out to be a thyroid condition!.

Breathlessness, pale complexion and fatigue are some signs of anaemia but there are more!.

If you have any heavier than normal bleeding, ie menstral etc you should definitely be checked out!.
In a normal check up with your symptoms, the doctor will check for anaemia/thyroid etc anyway!.

Symptoms common to many types of anemia include the following:

Easy fatigue and loss of energy
Unusually rapid heart beat, particularly with exercise
Shortness of breath and headache, particularly with exercise
Difficulty concentrating
Dizziness

Faster heart beat to get the fewer normal number of red blood cells around the body (which could lead to a heart condition in the long term)!.

Tiredness - lack of complexion colour - pull the lower rims of your eyes down, they should be a bright pink and not a pale colour!. Also gums may be pale!. Maybe you are getting too much sleep!. Pick up on foods containing iron, liver, spinach and eggs!. You should see a doctor who will put you right on any foods/medication you may need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tiredness is one sign!.!.!. The doc diagnosed me because of my pale complexion!.!.so loss of colour is another!. Go to your g!.p to check it out!.!.!. it's easily fixed with iron supplement tablets!.

There can also be underlying problems which cause the anemia in the first place!.!. Stomach ulcers bleeding and so forth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

looking pale and tired among other things but it's much better if you consult your doctor to get a diagnosis!.

maybe you lack iron in your diet!. try eating iron-rich food like eggs or tuna!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
