What does it feel like when you have an anxiety attack...?!


Question: What does it feel like when you have an anxiety attack!.!.!.!?
Answers:
A full blown panic attack feels like you are about to die!. Well thats the hormones you freak yourself into triggering anyway!. Your heavy breathing panic stricken state causes your body to go into shock, a surge of endorphines in the brain and the extra oxygen going into your blood cause you to feel like your heart might stop from the overload!. Your head rattles like your on a rollercaoster, an your hands shake, if you don't slow your breathing down a pins and needles sensation hits your hands then they cramp and spasm, which freaks you out more and that just makes it worse!. By this point you're on the ground gasping for more air, as your breathing increases the strain on your heart continues and your vision starts to go, eventually you black out!. if you already have a weak heart at this point you could have a heart attack, even if you don't, it feels like your gonna!. Its not fun!. It takes a lot of mind power to calm yourself down after all these bodiliy reactions have already been triggered!. The big thing is just to slow your breathing back down to normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Imagine you've almost been in a car crash (the guy heading toward you doesn't stop until inches away from your car) -- that hyped up, heart racing OMG feeling is how it kinda feels - only worse, cuz you know you're gonna die (anxiety feeds the thoughts that feed the anxiety attack)!. Sometimes, you'll have chest pain, tunnel vision, throat closing up and nausea/vomiting!.

I'm sure there's varying degrees of an attack, some less than above, some worse!.
